Guests arriving prior to 4:00 pm may check their luggage with Guest Services. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations within 24 hours will be charged one night's room rate including applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases a deposit for the entire stay tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are granted based on availability. There is a $75.00 early check-in fee for guests who request guaranteed early check-in prior to arrival. Guests arriving before 8:00 AM without notice will be charged an additional night's rate and associated taxes. Guests checking out after 1:00 PM will be charged an additional half night's rate and associated taxes; guests checking out after 4:00 PM will be charged an additional night's rate and associated taxes. 

Smoking and Vaping Policy

We strictly enforce a no-smoking or vaping policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found in a guest room.

Excessive Cleaning/ Room Damages Policy

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience. A deep cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged if the room is found to be excessively dirty and in disrepair. For any room damages and missing items, the hotel will charge for the cost of replacement of these items.

Credit & Debit Card Policy

Valid credit or debit card required at time of check in. Upon check in, your card issuing bank will place a hold on your credit or debit card for room and tax charges plus 50.00 per night for incidentals (up to three nights). The Summit Hotel is not responsible for overdraft charges resulted from holds placed on guest accounts.


Helium balloons are not permitted on property at any time.


The Summit welcomes your four-legged friend under 50 pounds. Pets must be declared upon check-in. Maximum (2) dogs per room. A non-refundable $50 fee applies. An additional $50 fee applies for One Bedroom Suites and the Presidential Suite. Fees do not apply for ADA service animals.
